Time: 10-4pm

Cost $50 for single table, $90 for two tables. (HST is included) The show fee is payable when you receive an invoice from us.

Terms and Conditions:

Show Acceptance: We will notify you starting October 1, 2025 if you are accepted into the show. Show acceptance decisions are made based on the product you make and how it fits into our show theme. Our decisions are final.


Show Payment Due Date: Payment for the show fee is due on October 25, 2025. We will send you an invoice by email for your show fee once we have advised you that your application is accepted.


Refunds: Up to October 30 we will refund 50% of your booth fee if you have to cancel. No refunds will be issued after October 30, 2025. Please keep us informed if you can't attend. Please commit to attend the show once you apply and are accepted.


Show is over: Show ends at 4 pm. Please don't pack up early. We have visitors right up to the end.


Social Media: You agree to share details of the show on Social Media and your email followers. We appreciate your help to promote the show.
