Beware of Scam Emails:


We do not use a gmail email address.



There are a lot of scams right now regarding vendor shows. The only way you can be a vendor for our show is by filling out this form. We won't post on Facebook asking you to message us or e-transfer to a gmail address.


We start to advise you of vendor acceptance on September 15. If you are accepted, you'll get an email from us advising you of this and an invoice shortly afterwards.


Please fill out the form promptly and thoroughly so that we have a full understanding of what you want. The show fees include HST.

Please Note that we can't guarantee you will get a wall space. We have limited spaces available at this point.

Terms and Conditions:

Show Acceptance: Priority is given to past show vendors. We will notify you starting September 15, 2026 if you are accepted into the show. Show acceptance decisions are made based on the product you make, how it fits into our show theme and space available. Our decisions are final.


Show Payment Due Date: Payment for the show fee is due upon receipt of the invoice. We will send you an invoice by email for your show fee once we have advised you that your application is accepted.


Refunds: Please make an effort to attend as it is a lot of work to organize this event. Refunds will only be considered if we have a paid replacement for your space. Any refunds will be paid after the show takes place. 


Packing up: Show ends at 4 pm. Please don't pack up early. We have visitors right up to the end. If you do pack up early you may not be invited back.


Social Media: You agree to share details of the show on Social Media and your email followers. We appreciate your help to promote the show.
